We believe that Quality is a continuous
process of improvement.
To that end, we use a detailed Customer
Scorecard to measure and track and
improve our performance. The Scorecard
allows us to manage all issues of
quality from design through to delivery.
We continue to add and upgrade quality
certifications at all of our facilities.
We incorporate Basic Quality Systems
and Lean training in New Associate
Orientation Training and as part of
Annual Associate Training to ensure
continuity of our dedication to quality
throughout the organization.
Environmental Quality
DBG has a process for establishing
and reviewing Environmental and Health
& Safety objectives and targets.
DBG empowers all Associates to participate
in the development of the Environmental
Health & Safety Management Systems.
