Our five facilities cover all of North America and are geared to satisfy your demand for quality, cost and delivery.

Each DBG facility is operated as a focused business unit. Each facility offers Advanced Engineering, Program Management, Design and Technology. This provides our customers with a specific level of technical expertise and experience while offering the convenience of one supplier to meet their custom metal requirements.

Ambassador
 
From our headquarters we provide both our Customers and our manufacturing facilities with administrative and technical resources – Advanced Engineering, Program Management Support, Design and Technology as well as Tool Builds. Production capabilities include press lines up to 1200 metric tons and assembly..
   
Shawson
 
The facility is designed to supply our Customers' requirements with various transfer and coil fed systems on press lines up to 2000 tons. The facility is also supported with auxiliary equipment including robotic weld cells and automated assembly lines.
   
Woodstock
 
Woodstock is the first facility to be certified to OHSAS:18001 in North America! This location is set up to offer our Customers the flexibility of low-volume standard tooled products as well as press lines up to 1,000 tons and modular assembly.
   
Regio
 
Set up to offer our Customers the flexibility of low-volume standard tooled products using press brakes, shears and other standard equipment, the Regio facility is also capable of supplying higher volume components and assemblies using press lines up to 1,000 tones.
   
DBG Internacional
 
Opened in November 2006, this facility provides Customers in Mexico and the US with modular assembly components and sequencing. Capabilities include fuel tank manufacturing as well as fuel tank and battery box sequenced modular assemblies.
