Our Ambassador Facility, located in Mississauga, Ontario, is DBG’s Headquarters, Technical Centre, home to our state-of-the-art toolroom and manufacturing facility.

From our Ambassador Facility we provide both our Customers and our manufacturing facilities with administrative and technical resources – Advanced Engineering, Program Management support, Design and Technology.

The Ambassador Tool Room’s primary focus is to supply our Customers and support our manufacturing facilities with prototype parts through to precision tool builds.

A dedicated try-out and development press along with the latest in CNC machining equipment for in-house machining and grinding means the DBG Toolroom can support and supply production process simulated prototype and production needs.

Ambassador Manufacturing Facility

The Ambassador manufacturing facility is designed to supply our Customer’s requirements with various transfer and coil fed systems on press lines up to 1,200 metric tons. The facility is also supported with auxiliary equipment including weld and automated assembly cells.
